Is there a way you can give the staff 0 stars? Sonya will do anything for an extra dollar. How can you force a payment on a holiday, when an online payment won’t even process a payment? I wouldn’t use these apartments if it was the only thing left in Bartlett. This office staff and managers are laugh out loud ridiculous.

Last year, Our little family moved 5 hours away from the only place we have ever called home to Quail Ridge- and we are so glad we did. The transition was so easy because these apartments were so cozy and the location great;very quiet! We are moving closer to my husbands job now but quail ridge will always have a special place in our hearts! Thanks QR!

Best place I have ever resided in. Pool is the glue. My kids are obsessed. 2 grills available to use, small gym with cardio equip, and trail play area for kids. Everything is beautiful. I met a few of my neighbors, all the kids go to the same school. Maintenance is on point. Office staff are the most professional and considerate .

From the day I visited the community, I knew this was it! The office staff made every process easy and seamless, from start to finish. They were more than accommodating and provided me with more than enough information regarding the property and amenities. Maintenance always responds to inquiries in an extremely timely fashion and is always helpful and certain to explain any service they may have performed. The pool is awesome, parking is ample, and the neighborhood overall is just a wonderful, quiet, and safe environment. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great community, with affordable accommodations, and to be treated with utmost respect from staff/maintenance at all times! Five stars, Quail Ridge!

I rented the one bedroom facing the golf course.
The staff and process was wonderful.
I really love the apartment, size and remodel ... it is great!
I wanted to also say the maintenance staff are wonderful, responding quickly.
It was the best decision that I could have ever made to move here!

I've only lived here a couple of months now and it's exactly what I was looking for. Neighbors are friendly and the complex on its own is quiet and perfect for families with small kids or if you're just looking for a place with great landscaping , beautiful views and peace.
